coronary angiography were have been for the first time; age between 35-75 years old; have just undergone coronary angiography without right heart catheterization; the patients before angiography are not underwent other invasive procedures such as transesophageal echocardiography. Exclusion criteria: the development of new myocardial infarction ( within weeks ); the risk of severe heart failure and valvular and congenital heart disease; hemodynamic instability; risk of severe anxiety disorder.

Name Time Method Anxiety level. Timepoint: During the angiography. Method of measurement: Spielberger state-trait anxiety inventory.;Angiography complications. Timepoint: During the angiography and one week after angiography. Method of measurement: Dagnosis with clinic and paraclinic evaluations.;Angiography time. Timepoint: During the angiography. Method of measurement: Measurment in minutes.

Name Time Method Hemodynamic state. Timepoint: One hour before and in during the angiography. Method of measurement: Control of pulse rate, respiratory rate, body tempreture, systolic and diastolic blood pressures.;Contrast volume. Timepoint: During the angiography. Method of measurement: Measurment in mili liter.;Access time. Timepoint: During the angiography. Method of measurement: Measurment in seconds.
