- •group 1: singleton pregnancy
- •Crown Rump Length between 45 mm and 79 mm.
- •increased nuchal translucency (\> p 95\)
- •group 2: singleton pregnancy
- •Crown Rump Length between 45 mm and 79 mm.
- •nuchal translucency \< p 95
Exclusion Criteria
- •twin pregnancy
- •Crown Rump Length smaller than 45 mm or bigger than 79 mm.;use of teratogenical medication
- •skeletal dysplasia of the fetus
