  • •group 1: singleton pregnancy
  • •Crown Rump Length between 45 mm and 79 mm.
  • •increased nuchal translucency (\> p 95\)
  • •group 2: singleton pregnancy
  • •Crown Rump Length between 45 mm and 79 mm.
  • •nuchal translucency \< p 95

Exclusion Criteria

  • •twin pregnancy
  • •Crown Rump Length smaller than 45 mm or bigger than 79 mm.;use of teratogenical medication
  • •skeletal dysplasia of the fetus
