Inclusion Criteria
age> 60 years; be dependent on at least one or more activities of daily living on the Katz index or the Lawton questionnaire; be able to perform the functional tests with autonomy, or the use of a walking stick
Exclusion Criteria
older adults who use orthoses, making it impossible to perform any tests; older adults who have a severe cognitive impairment who can not understand the instructions

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Improvement in the perception of effort, evaluated in tests of constant load with duration of 1 minute reporting the perception of effort at the end. Data collected 1 week before training and 2 weeks after 13 weeks of training.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Improvement in functional tests and functional capacity questionnaires, measured through tests assessing lower and hind limb strength, flexibility, gait among others, and questionnaires that assess dependence on basic and instrumental activities of daily living.
