入选标准
- •Patients undergoing surgeries requiring left-sided double lumen endotracheal tube insertion under general anesthesia
- •- American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical status classification I, II, III
- •- Patients aged 19 years or older
排除标准
- •- When right-sided double lumen tube insertion is needed
- •- Anatomical abnormalities in the airways such as glottis, trachea, and bronchi (congenital, tumor, etc.)
- •- Patients who underwent general anesthesia within the prior month
- •- body mass index over 35 kg/m2
- •- Mallampati classification IV in airway assessment
- •- If difficult intubation is anticipated (history of difficult intubation, etc.) in airway assessment
- •- Pulmonary tuberculosis, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, systemic infection
