Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patient diagnosed with mechanical low back pain.
- •VAS Scoring with minimum score of 30mm and maximum score of 74mm.
- •Subjects who will sign consent form willingly
- •Participants who can understand Hindi, Gujarati, English.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Any previous or current experience in core strengthening.
- •Subjects who are on regular fitness program.
- •Subjects with BMI greater than 30\.0 kg/m2
- •History of fractures (spine, rib) or injury in past 1 year.
- •History of any abdominal surgery in past 1 year.
- •Any other systemic illness such as ankylosing spondylitis, tumors, spinal infections.
