1)Subject with methamphetamine dependence meeting with DSM-IV-TR criteria aged between 20 and 65
2)Subjects who have used any stimulant within one year
3)Having no difficulties in understanding/talking in Japanese
1)Past history of neurological and/or psychiatric disorders or current possibility of these disorders
2)Meeting a criteria of dependence on any substance other than methamphetamine or nicotine
3)Regular use of psychotropic drugs which could have an impact on dopamine D2 receptor availability
4)Use of drugs having effects of CYP3A inhibition or induction
5)Intracranial lesion(s) seen in MRI
6)Positive urine-sample test for illegal drug
7)Past history of suicidal ideation or attempt
8)Claustrophobia or aichmophobia
9)Use of psychotropic drugs which could have an impact on dopamine D2 receptor availability
10)Participate in any other clinical trials or studies
11)In case of principle investigator judges inappro priate to participate in the study
