Inclusion Criteria

Pediatric patients who are scheduled to do bone marrow aspiration and biopsy in outpatient clinic.

Exclusion Criteria

less than 10 kilogram or over 40 kilogram in body weight
the pediatrics who have upper respiratory infection or fever.
the pediatrics who take the anticonvulsant or have neurologic abnormalities
the pediatrics who have prior sensitization or allergic to propofol, soy, egg products, or ketamine
the pediatrics who take the medicine related to current sedative agents
the pediatrics who already take the sedatives or analgesics
the refusal of participation in this study by parents
