- •Pediatric patients who are scheduled to do bone marrow aspiration and biopsy in outpatient clinic.
排除标准
- •less than 10 kilogram or over 40 kilogram in body weight
- •the pediatrics who have upper respiratory infection or fever.
- •the pediatrics who take the anticonvulsant or have neurologic abnormalities
- •the pediatrics who have prior sensitization or allergic to propofol, soy, egg products, or ketamine
- •the pediatrics who take the medicine related to current sedative agents
- •the pediatrics who already take the sedatives or analgesics
- •the refusal of participation in this study by parents
