Inclusion Criteria
1. Hyponatremic patients diagnosed with SIADH by Barrter and Schwartz criteria
2. Failure to respond to fluid restriction treatment
3. Age more than 15 years old
4. Asymptomatic hyponatremia
Exclusion Criteria
1. Chronic diuretic therapy
2. Hemodynamic instability
3. Severe hyperglycemia define as blood sugar > 300 mg/dL
4. can not take food by oral or enteral feeding
5. Deny participating in this clinical trial
