Inclusion Criteria
1. CKD stage 3-4
2. volume overload by BCM > 1.1 liter
Exclusion Criteria
1. recent heart failure with in 1 month
2. recent hospitalization within 1 month
3. pregnancy
4. recent kidney injury with in 1 month
5. cirrhosis child B-C
6. life expectancy < 6 months
7. allergy to sulfa
