入选标准
- •1. Hyponatremic patients diagnosed with SIADH by Barrter and Schwartz criteria
- •2. Failure to respond to fluid restriction treatment
- •3. Age more than 15 years old
- •4. Asymptomatic hyponatremia
排除标准
- •1. Chronic diuretic therapy
- •2. Hemodynamic instability
- •3. Severe hyperglycemia define as blood sugar > 300 mg/dL
- •4. can not take food by oral or enteral feeding
- •5. Deny participating in this clinical trial
