1. ASA grade I and grade II Patients
2. Age- 3-12 years of either sex
3. Patients undergoing elective infraumbilical
surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient / guardians refusal
2. Infection at injection site
3. Coagulopathy
4. History of epilepsy
5. Cardiac abnormality
6. Peripheral neuropathy
7. Known allergy or hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic drugs
