入选标准
- •Systemically healthy condition.
- •Presence of periodontitis.
- •Presence of periodontal osseous defects (two walled or three walled contained defects) in the posterior teeth.
- •Patient compliance with the maintenance of program.
- •Patients who are willing to willing to accept the placement of bone graft and chorion membrane.
- •Radiographic evidence of bone loss.
排除标准
- •History of periodontal surgical treatment
- •Pregnant/ lactating women and smokers
- •Poor oral hygiene and failure to comply with the protocol.
- •Patients who are not willing for the protocol will be excluded.
