Inclusion Criteria
Acute herpes zoster patients =19 age who affected lumbar to thoracic dermatome within one month after skin rash onset with pain intensity more than 5/10 in numeric rating scale (NRS).
Exclusion Criteria
Age <19 years old, patient refusal, more than 1 month after zoster onset, inflammatory sign such as fever =38?, coagulopathies and pregnancy
