Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients undergoing breast cancer surgery with/without lymph node dissection
Exclusion Criteria
- •Age \< 18 years
- •ASA ââ?°Â¥ IV
- •Bleeding disorders
- •Contraindications or allergy to any of study drugs including local anaesthetics, NSAIDs.
- •Infection at the paravertebral insertion site.
- •Pregnancy or breast feeding, obesity.
- •Any hearing or visual loss, any neurological or mental disorder.
- •Patients undergoing redo surgery.
- •Patient with significant co\-morbid illness influencing the measurement of biomarkers like Wilsonââ?¬•s disease, Cushingââ?¬•s disease etc.
