Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Between 18 and 65 years old
- •2\. Suffered from back pain for at least 6 months
- •3\. Able to perform the training cognitively and physically
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Migraine headaches
- •2\. Severe concomitant illnesses
- •3\. Severe underlying mental illnesses
- •4\. Patients taking opiates were only included after direct consultation and consideration with the study team
