Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Age Criteria: 15 Years or older
  • Patients who have been planned to undergo BMAB at our center (at diagnosis or response
  • assessment)

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients refusing to give informed consent for BMAB procedure or for the study.
  • Patients who have received premedication with any sedative, analgesic or any other CNS depressant,
  • 30 min before the BMAB or ongoing use of these drugs.
  • Patients who are on Carbamazepine, a hepatic enzyme inducer.
  • History of opioid dependency or addiction.
  • Known cases of allergy or hypersensitivity with use of opioids.
