Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age Criteria: 15 Years or older
- •Patients who have been planned to undergo BMAB at our center (at diagnosis or response
- •assessment)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients refusing to give informed consent for BMAB procedure or for the study.
- •Patients who have received premedication with any sedative, analgesic or any other CNS depressant,
- •30 min before the BMAB or ongoing use of these drugs.
- •Patients who are on Carbamazepine, a hepatic enzyme inducer.
- •History of opioid dependency or addiction.
- •Known cases of allergy or hypersensitivity with use of opioids.
