- •age greater than or equal to eighteen years and obesity (BMI greater than or equal to thirty kilograms per square meter).
排除标准
- •Use of dietary supplements and systemic corticosteroids in the last three months, diagnosis of chronic non transmissible diseases such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus II, dyslipidemia, thyroid disease, neoplasms, coronary artery disease, stroke, heart failure, renal or hepatic failure and allergy to food offered in the survey.
