Inclusion Criteria
Adults more than 18 years receiving CPR in department of emergency medicine.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Traumatic
2.Prearrest IV steroid intake
3.Active upper GI bleed
4.Verbal consent not given by relatives
5.Patients showing signs of irreversible Cardiac arrest at presentation or where cardiopulmonary resuscitation cannot be done:
a. Decapitation
b. Decomposition
c. Post-mortem lividity
d. Post-mortem rigidity
e. Burned beyond recognition
f. Complete crush injury of thorax
