入选标准
- •All adult patients scheduled for non cardiothoracic surgery
- •All adult patients scheduled for non neurosurgery
- •An anticipated general anesthesia duration of 4 h or more
- •A moderate to high risk of postoperative pulmonary complications
- •ASA classification at least 2
- •Postoperative observation at surgical ICU
排除标准
- •Body mass index greater than 35
- •Life threatening condition requiring emergency surgery
- •Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome
- •Tracheostomy patients
- •Contraindicated in using HFNC after extubation
