1.Patients between the age of 21-65 years.
2.At least three missing tooth in the maxillary posterior region.
3.Alveolar crest thickness should be greater than 5 mm. Adequate bone quality and quantity at the implant site.
4.No systemic health complaints should be reported by the patients.
1.Patients on Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug allergy (NSAIDs).
2.Patients giving history of periodontitis.
3.History of chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy
4.Patients on Bisphosphonate therapy.
5.Patients having habit of tobacco consumption / Smoking.
6.Patients requiring Sinus augmentation prior/ during placement of implant.
7.Existence of pregnancy or possible pregnancy
8.Diseases affecting oral mucosal health.
9.Systemic disease and drug use that may cause surgical complications
10.Patients with temporomandibular disorder, severe residual ridge resorption, orofacial tumors and gross facial deformity, mucositis, radiation therapy, parafunctional habit etc.
11.History of recent tooth extraction in the treatment area (within 4 months of the treatment)
12.Failure to attend follow-up appointments scheduled after the operation.
