- •Undergoing Flap surgery;
- •Region of Foot and ankle only;
- •Under general anesthesia
排除标准
- •advanced peripheral vascular disease;
- •advanced diabetes mellitus;
- •unavailability of skin;
- •very large skin defects;
- •radiation injuries;
- •defects of the weight-bearing region of the heel;
- •defects reconstructed with other flaps.
