- •All prospectively registered consenting, adult ( >18 years) cases undergoing open thoracotomy for
- •Carcinoma lung
- •Pulmonary metastasectomy
排除标准
- •1.Age <18 years
- •2. Preoperative chronic chest pain or use of narcotics as evident by use of Rainer pain detect score during preanesthetic checkup.
- •3. Prior thoracotomy
- •4. Intra operative rib fracture or chest wall resection
- •5. Non-functioning epidural analgesia or local chest wall recurrence
