Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •PD according to United Kingdom Brain Bank Criteria
- •PD\-MCI according to international research criteria (Litvan, Goldman et al. 2012\)
- •Disease duration \= 3 years
- •Stable medication 4 weeks prior to pretest
- •Written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •Severe comorbidity with influence on medication or life expectancy or quality of life during the study (i.e. malignant disease with life expectancy \< 6 months)
- •Depression (BDI\-II, exclusion beginning with moderate symptoms: cut off \=20\)
- •Acute suicidality, ascertained anamnestically
- •Marked daytime sleepiness, ascertained anamnestically
- •Impuls controll disorder or dopamine dysregulation syndrom, ascertained anamnestically
- •Acute psychosis (or psychotic episode 6 months prior to study inclusion)
- •Acute medication with cholinesterase inhibitors or memantine
- •Participation in another medication or training study within 2 months prior to study inclusion
- •Deep brain stimualtion
- •Pregnancy or breastfeeding
