Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients with a clinical diagnosis of acral vitiligo
  • •2\. Lesions distal to elbows and/or knees
  • •3\. At least two comparable lesions, or a single large lesion that can be divided into two parts
  • •4\.No new lesions/ extension of old lesions for at least 3 months

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Progressive vitiligo
  • •2\. Segmental vitiligo
  • •3\. Children \< 14 years
  • •4\. Presence of lesions only on face and neck
  • •5\. Pregnancy
  • •6\. Keloidal tendency
  • •7\. Bleeding diathesis
  • •8\.Inability to follow up regularly at fortnightly intervals
