Trauma patients who age over 18 year old
Trauma patients who meet indication for Whole body scan (pan scan) in Ramathibodi hospital
- Trauma triage level 1 apnea, respiratory compromised
- Trauma triage level 2 high risk of mechanism of injury , confusion,lethargy wihtout alcohol induce, pain score > 7,need CT scan across the body such as CT head neck and abdomen so chest need to be included then pan-scan is indicate
- High impact mechanism of injury such as high level fall(fall from height) more than 6 meters , MCA speed more than 32 km/hr, MCV speed more than 100 km/hr,roll over and ejection mechansim,passengers death, intrusion more than 12 inches, pedestrian injury and compression injury by car or motor cycle
