入选标准
- •1.Male and female subjects of age 19-55yrs
- •subjects with good general health-ASA 1,ASA-2
- •2.Subjects with diagnosis of periodontitis Stage II, III
- •3.Teeth with buccal RT2 recession associated with an intra-bony defect
- •4.Full mouth plaque score <15% & full mouth bleeding score (FMBS <20%) at the time of surgical procedure.
- •5.Presence of at least one intraosseous defect with presurgical probing depth >5mm and radiographic intrabony component > 3mm
排除标准
- •Grade C periodontitis.
- •Smoking habits.
- •Pregnancy and lactation.
- •History of periodontal surgery or prosthetic restorations at the experimental teeth.
- •Clinical evidence of furcation defects at the surgical site.
- •Mobility of teeth greater than Grade I.
- •Non vital teeth or trauma from occlusion.
- •Presence of non carious lesion at the involved site
- •uncontrolled diabetes
