Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Primary frozen shoulder patients with age \= 20 years
  • 2\) Shoulder pain with limitation of passive motion of greater than30 degrees in two or more planes of movement

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Secondary frozen shoulder combined with othes shoulder disorders including rotator cuff injury, osteoarthritis, or instability.
  • 2\) Previous steroid injection on the affected side within 3 months
  • 3\) History of previous shoulder surgery
  • 4\) Bleeding diathesis
  • 5\) poor cognitive function
  • 6\) Patients with inflammatory musculoskeletal system such as rheumatoid arthritis and spondyloarthropathies
  • 7\) Patients with cervical pain
  • 8\) Pregnant women
