入选标准
- •1) Primary frozen shoulder patients with age = 20 years
- •2) Shoulder pain with limitation of passive motion of greater than30 degrees in two or more planes of movement
排除标准
- •1) Secondary frozen shoulder combined with othes shoulder disorders including rotator cuff injury, osteoarthritis, or instability.
- •2) Previous steroid injection on the affected side within 3 months
- •3) History of previous shoulder surgery
- •4) Bleeding diathesis
- •5) poor cognitive function
- •6) Patients with inflammatory musculoskeletal system such as rheumatoid arthritis and spondyloarthropathies
- •7) Patients with cervical pain
- •8) Pregnant women
