Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • ?Irresponsive to conservative care more than 6 weeks (stretching exercise, rest, ice bag, NSAIDs, orthosis)
  • ?Starting pain \>\= VAS 5
  • ?Baseline Roles and Maudsley Score of 3 or 4
  • ?Patient who agreed the consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • ?Steroid injection within 1 month
  • ?Patient who needs surgery with more than 6 months of symptom
  • ?Infection history to the affected foot or any injection history within 3 months
  • ?Pulselessness to the posterior tibial artery and dorsalis pedis artery
  • ?Ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, peripheral nerve entrapment syndrome, Achilles tendinitis, bleeding tendency, subtalar arthritis, any dermatologic disease that can induce hindfoot pain
  • ?Calcaneal stress fracture
  • ?Blindness, foreigners that cannot read the consent
  • ?Patient who denies the consent
