1. Adults aged between 18 -60 years
2. Pain caused by musculoskeletal disease or lesions from other unspecified systemic diseases after surgery
1. Patients with contraindications to acupuncture, such as blood diseases and disorders of the blood clotting system, patients on blood thinners, heart disease patients with a pacemaker, history of severe liver and kidney disease, knee arthritis or stiffness, 2. History of acupuncture treatment for osteoarthritis within the past 6 months, 3. History of corticosteroid injections within the past 6 months, 4. Patients who cannot assess pain scores, 5. Patients with postoperative pain 6. Pregnant women
