Inclusion Criteria
This is a full sample census during the regional KID working hours in all five service regions in the city of Bremen on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Proportion/rate of involuntary hospitalizations out of all crisis intervention visits/ emergencies by the local KID at the end of the intervention. Survey using routine data from clinical service documentation.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Secondary outcomes are not defined. A qualitative evaluation of the implementation will be conducted. The survey will be conducted through semi-structured interviews with peer support workers, service users, police officers and regular staff during and after the completion of the intervention.
