Inclusion Criteria
1.Chronic kidney disease of different etiology, before ESRD.
2.Patient not on any renal replacement therapy.
3.Age Ë? 18 years.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Acute on Chronic Kidney Disease.
2.Pregnancy.
3.Psychotic patients.
4.Critically ill patients.
5.HIV/HBsAg /Anti-HCV and immune-compromised patients.
Patient on any form of Renal Replacement Therapy.
