- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To determine if addition of continuous 30 minutes of Transcranial Doppler ultrasound to IV thrombolysis with tenecteplase increases the proportion of individuals who have improvement in NIHSS of at least 4 points at 4 hours in acute ischemic stroke subjects of the anterior circulation in comparison to IV tenecteplase aloneTimepoint: To determine if addition of continuous 30 minutes of Transcranial Doppler ultrasound to IV thrombolysis with tenecteplase increases the proportion of individuals who have improvement in NIHSS of at least 4 points at 4 hours in acute ischemic stroke subjects of the anterior circulation in comparison to IV tenecteplase alone
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Exploratory analysis of TCD waveforms in treatment group to identify spectral patterns and parameters corresponding to responders (those with improvement in NIHSS by 4 points) and compare with the non-responders <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Analysis of the TCD waveform pattern during the time of thrombolysis administration in acute ischemic stroke
