Inclusion Criteria
-Ischemic stroke patients
-Age 18 years or more
-Have depressive symptoms (diagnosed with DSM-IV-TR)
-No antidepressant taken
Exclusion Criteria
-Have other neurological diseases
-Had depression prior to stroke
-Had seizure, epilepsy or history of head trauma
-Have pacemaker or metallic implant inside the brain
-Inability to communicate
-Thai Mental State Examination (TMSE) score less than 23
