Inclusion Criteria
B-hcg positive results(>10mu/ml)
Empty uterine cavity & cervical canal at sonogram
The mass at sonogram is present in the lower anterior uterine segment
Exclusion Criteria
Emergency situation at the time of admission
Patients without consent inform about the procedure
Patients with active cervical infection

Name Time Method B-hCG levels. Timepoint: Before intervention, after 48 hours and then weekly. Method of measurement: Blood sampling.;Uterine myometrial thickness. Timepoint: Before and after intervention. Method of measurement: Trans vaginal sonogram.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Hospital stay length. Timepoint: At the time of discharge. Method of measurement: Documented in patient medical sheet.;Hb levels. Timepoint: Before intervention and 6,12 hours after. Method of measurement: Blood sampling.
