Inclusion Criteria
ICD-10 diagnosis of schizophrenia / schizoaffective disorder / Unspecified non-organic psychosis
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with upper limb cellulitis, ulcers or peripheral vascular disease
2.Patients with other co morbid conditions such as cardiac, renal, hepatic or pulmonary disease, neurological conditions that may influence cognitive functions
3.Mental retardation
4.Co-morbid substance use disorders except nicotine
