Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult patients in age 18\-65 years, either gender posted for valvular heart surgery on cardiopulmonary bypass.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Left ventricular ejection fraction \<35%
- •2\)Comorbidities like cardiomyopathy, cerebrovascular disease
- •3\)Peripheral vascular disease
- •4\)Patients with chronic kidney disease
