Inclusion Criteria
- •Adults and children aged \>15 years undergoing heart transplantation for the first time.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients taking oral hypoglycaemic drugs (i.e., sulfonylurea derivatives, glyburide, or glibenclamide) will be excluded.
