Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age between 20 to 60
- •Living kidney donor for elective kidney transplantation
Exclusion Criteria
- •History of acute kidney injury
- •History of morbid obesity, liver cirrhosis, hypertension, diabetes mellitus
- •Hypoalbuminemia(3\.0 g/dL) or Hypoproteinemia(\<6\.0 g/dL)
- •Anemia(Hg \<10\.6 g/dL, Hct \<30%)
- •Low body weight(BMI \< 18\)
- •People who cannot remote ischemic preconditioning
- •\-Cuff cannot be placed on the upper extremity due to fracture or trauma
- •\-Pulse is not palpable in the upper limb
- •Other subject who are not suitable for study by researcher's judgement
