Inclusion Criteria
Age between 20 to 60
Living kidney donor for elective kidney transplantation
Exclusion Criteria
History of acute kidney injury
History of morbid obesity, liver cirrhosis, hypertension, diabetes mellitus
Hypoalbuminemia(3.0 g/dL) or Hypoproteinemia(<6.0 g/dL)
Anemia(Hg <10.6 g/dL, Hct <30%)
Low body weight(BMI < 18)
People who cannot remote ischemic preconditioning
-Cuff cannot be placed on the upper extremity due to fracture or trauma
-Pulse is not palpable in the upper limb
Other subject who are not suitable for study by researcher's judgement
