入选标准
- •1.Unilateral vocal fold paralysis patients with 6 months onset is considered to injection laryngoplasty for treatment
- •2.Willing to give consent
排除标准
- •1.Age < 18 years
- •2.Patients with bleeding tendency or coagulopathy.
- •3.Patient isn't able to follow up as research protocol.
- •4.Patients received phonosurgery before.
- •5.Organic lesions were found, e.g., vocal polyps, vocal tumor, vocal cyst,or glottic cancer.
- •6.Patients with cricoarytenoid joint fixation or fibrosis at posterior vocal cord.
- •7.Patients who don't have enough fat for harvestment.
- •8.Patients who refuse to enroll the study
