Inclusion Criteria
Consent to participate in research and having cooperation
Ability to communicate effectively with researcher
ability to handle meetings and prepared to respond to questions physically and mentally
Having a family relationship with a mental patient
Minimum 20 and maximum 60 years old
having the ability to read and write
Have at least 6 months of patient care history
Exclusion Criteria
participation in previous same educational program in Last three months
take care of a patient with other chronic conditions
