入选标准
- •Patients requiring extraction of impacted lower third molars with moderate Pederson difficulty index and normal coagulation profile and ASA-I.
排除标准
- •1. Medically compromised patients.
- •2. Patients with chronic pain, neurological or psychiatric disorder.
- •3. Patients with severe periodontal disease.
- •4. Patients unwilling to be a part of this study.
- •5. Patients who have known allergies to the drugs or anaesthetics to be used during the procedures.
- •6. Patients who are pregnant or lactating.
- •7. Patients on analgesics in the preceding 2 weeks.
- •8. Chronic smokers.
- •9. Patients with history of consumption of bisphosphonates.
- •10. Patients with family history of photosensitivity.
