Inclusion Criteria

1.Triglyceride (TG) >= 1.70 mmol / L, total cholesterol (TC) >= 5.72 mmol / L, low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) >= 3.40 mmol / L, high density lipoprotein (HDL-C)<= 1.04 mmol / L. And 28 kg / m^2 <= BMI < 32 kg / m^2;
2.The age is between 18 and 60 years old, regardless of gender;
3.During the first two months of the study, no other weight loss measures were taken;
4.The subjects read and signed the informed consent and voluntarily joined the project.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patients with poor coagulation function, infection and bleeding;
2.Patients with local skin infection;
3.Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction or critical illness;
4.Secondary obesity includes thalamic lesions, or endocrine system diseases such as hypercortisolism, hypothyroidism, insulinoma, etc.;
5.Allergic to foreign protein (such as fish, shrimp, crab and other seafood, eggs);
6.Treatment of local skin ulceration, allergy and scar constitution.
