- •3\-18 years with nephrotic syndrome with severe edema
Exclusion Criteria
- •3\) AKI stage 3 (KDIGO)
- •4\) Serum albumin less than 1 g/dl
- •5\) Serum potassium less than 3\.5 meq/L
- •6\)Secondary causes of nephrotic syndrome
