Inclusion Criteria
Postmenopausal women within 5 years of menopause and sedentary.
Exclusion Criteria
Smoking habits, hysterectomy, cardiorespiratory, neurologic and rheumatic diseases, orthopaedic problems, cognitive problems, vestibulopathies, diabetes mellitus, and recent history of bone fractures.

Name Time Method Balance improvement. Balance was evaluated by Standing Balance Test.[at baseline and at 3 months after the initial evaluation];Strength and muscular function improvement.<br>The strength was evaluated using the 1 Repetition Maximum Test and The Sit-to-Stand Test. <br>The function of pelvic floor muscles was evaluated using perineometer and electromyography.[at baseline and at 3 months after the initial evaluation]
