1.Postpartum women with Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI) by 3 Incontinence Questions (3IQ)
2.Women with mild to moderate SUI by Incontinence Severity Index (ISI)
3.Age between 20-35 years old
4.Body Mass Index (BMI): 18- 30 kg/m2
5.Number of deliveries less than three
6.Vaginal delivery 3 months until 12 months
1.SUI prior to pregnancy
2.Previous surgery for urology
3.Previous history of pelvic disorders like Pelvic Organ Prolapse and fecal incontinence
4.Diagnosed or showing neurological disorders like Alzheimers disease, brain injury and musculoskeletal problems like lumbar fracture, spine infectious diseases
5.Having depression or anxiety by Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale
