1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for SCD
2. Aged between 55 and 75 years
3. Chinese is the mother tongue, education level is more than 6 years, amd Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) score >24
4. Can answer and complete the questionnaire smoothly
1. History of psychiatry (eg, bipolar, schizophrenia, anxiety, and depression)
2. History of drug abuse
3. History of a positive neurological diagnosis that could lead to cognitive decline (eg, VCIND, brain tumor, Parkinson's)
4. Presence of serious disease (eg, cancer, infection)
5. Received acupuncture or TEAS treatment in the past 1 month
6. With pacemaker
7. With scars or wounds on the skin of the acupoints
8. Enrolled in other trails in the past 1 month
