- •2. Both genders.
- •3. Individuals with unilateral heel pain with tight gastrocnemius-soleus muscle.
- •4. Individuals with a score of less than 7 on Visual Analogue Scale (VAS).
- •5. Individuals willing to participate in study.

- •1. Individual with history of acute ankle sprain.
- •2. Individual with recent traumatic history to lower limb.
- •3. Individual with neurological condition.
- •4. Individual with vascular disorders.
- •5. Individuals with comorbidities like diabetes, hypertension.
