Inclusion Criteria
nprs scores between 4 to 8,
atleast one trigger point present within a taut band in the upper trapezius muscle
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients taking analgesics before within 48 hours of first physiotherapy treatment.
2. Patient diagnosed with fibromyalgia, sensory disorders, radiculopathy, torticollis, ankylosing spondylitis, fracture or disclocation of cervical vertebrae.
3. Patients who have undergone recent surgery.
