Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Women’s with age between 45\-65 year
  • •2\. Women with 12 consecutive months of amenorrhoea
  • •3\. Women who are willing to participate

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Women who had undergone hysterectomy
  • •2\. Women had undergone radical surgeries for malignancy
  • •3\. No hormone therapy (HT) used in the last 6 Months
  • •4\. Those who didn’t give informed consent
  • •5\. Those who diagnosed with neurological conditions(eg., parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis) and cardio\-pulmonary disorders(eg., coronary heart disease, rheumatic heart disease), diabetic neuropathy, visual impairment which affect physical performance and/or balance, inability to understand or follow spoken commands
  • •6\. Diagnosis of cancer
  • •7\. Any known case of fracture, soft tissue injury in last 6 months
