入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Women’s with age between 45-65 year
- •2. Women with 12 consecutive months of amenorrhoea
- •3. Women who are willing to participate
排除标准
- •1. Women who had undergone hysterectomy
- •2. Women had undergone radical surgeries for malignancy
- •3. No hormone therapy (HT) used in the last 6 Months
- •4. Those who didn’t give informed consent
- •5. Those who diagnosed with neurological conditions(eg., parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis) and cardio-pulmonary disorders(eg., coronary heart disease, rheumatic heart disease), diabetic neuropathy, visual impairment which affect physical performance and/or balance, inability to understand or follow spoken commands
- •6. Diagnosis of cancer
- •7. Any known case of fracture, soft tissue injury in last 6 months
