Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Women’s with age between 45\-65 year
- •2\. Women with 12 consecutive months of amenorrhoea
- •3\. Women who are willing to participate
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Women who had undergone hysterectomy
- •2\. Women had undergone radical surgeries for malignancy
- •3\. No hormone therapy (HT) used in the last 6 Months
- •4\. Those who didn’t give informed consent
- •5\. Those who diagnosed with neurological conditions(eg., parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis) and cardio\-pulmonary disorders(eg., coronary heart disease, rheumatic heart disease), diabetic neuropathy, visual impairment which affect physical performance and/or balance, inability to understand or follow spoken commands
- •6\. Diagnosis of cancer
- •7\. Any known case of fracture, soft tissue injury in last 6 months
