1. Comply with the dysmotility American Psychiatric Association published in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th edition (DSM-V), the diagnostic criteria for tic disorder; and in accordance with the syndrome of liver turbidity.
2. Those aged 4 to 18 years old;
3. YGTSS scores total 25 points;

1. At the same time with epilepsy or EEG examination for epileptic discharge, other mental disorders (except for those with ADHD);
2. Bleeding tendency;
3. Patients with obvious physical illness; allergic to clonidine transdermal patches, Have experienced severe allergic reactions or are allergic to more than two drugs;
4. Used to prescribe psychiatric drugs 1 week prior to enrollment, including drugs for tic disorder treatment;
